Originally the term 'Cunning Folk', was historically referring to community healers who utilized local plants to create solutions for their neighbors' ailments. The idea that the Earth provides all we need to care for ourselves is not new. As a mother of two, I ventured into soapmaking to nurture my own creativity and provide a gentle solution for my children's delicate skin. It has been over a decade since I began this journey learning the science behind soapmaking and the magic of using herbs and oils to create soap. The soap collection is sold in local Spas, book stores, coffee shops and at the farmer's market. I have truly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and get to know members of our community through this vocation.
